They hustled through a few checks professionally and thoroughly and began to check what the problem may be. In the interim, the owner popped by (in person!) to be sure that everything was going smoothly. Within an hour they had our gate operating as it should.

Torsion spring snapped in half Friday night and we were stuck. Called John Saturday morning after reading the internet reviews and he came out in two hours and fixed it. He installed double torsion spring to prevent us from getting stuck when it happens again. No up-sell, on-time, follow-through on our questions, and courteous. What else can you ask from a contractor? Thanks John and thank you the internet!

I don't normally write any reviews but I think this company is great they deserve a little praise. My garage came off the tracks when I was on my way out the door. I found this company online, gave them a call and I'm not kidding in 30 min. they was at my door. I guess they had a tech around my area. The price was reasonable, the tech completely professional and he cleaned up after himself. I must say I wouldn't use anyone else.
