Roy absolutely knows his stuff!! This guy is an experienced service professional that answers calls in a timely fashion, shows up when he says he will, keeps you updated on progress, explains the issue, provides honest opinions and choices of repair and is quick about his work. After I explained that I could not close my door for the night with the door partially off the tracks he came to my home at the end of his work day (9pm) to get me taken care of. Perhaps it s the rain we have been having lately, but for whatever reason my old garage door opener finally gave out. The top sprocket/gear actually sheared off, so I was in the market for a new opener. I asked around and checked the internet and I found someone with an unbelievable track record, David from this garage door company.I called David, we talked about my situation, and we made plans for him to come by later in the week. This garage door repair company and their son lived up to the overwhelmingly positive internet reviews. I left them a voicemail to repair our garage door. They returned my call in 10 minutes, came out within 2 hours to diagnose the problem (broken springs), created a temporary fix, provided a reasonable estimate, and then ordered new springs. Once the new springs arrived a week later, they installed them in 30 minutes. Great service.
This company came to check my garage door a while ago because it was going up on its own for no known reason. I called this company and they took care of everything that same day.

These guys are the real deal. I called for an estimate (which was the cheapest- by far- out of the 4 places I called) and they were at my house the next day to replace a couple of 10 year old cables which had failed. A HUGE benefit to using this company- the owner of the company is the guy who actually comes out to do the work. I can t tell you how much of a good thing that is.
