Roy absolutely knows his stuff!! This guy is an experienced service professional that answers calls in a timely fashion, shows up when he says he will, keeps you updated on progress, explains the issue, provides honest opinions and choices of repair and is quick about his work. After I explained that I could not close my door for the night with the door partially off the tracks he came to my home at the end of his work day (9pm) to get me taken care of. I really like the fact that they answer the phone with a person; promptly schedule an appointment; have a polite, professional service team; and basically get the job done in a timely manner.
Tech was prompt, courteous, fast, and most importantly, thorough. He really knows garage doors and everything that goes along with them! I highly recommend him!

My garage motor was not mounted correctly. I ve had another garage door company checked the problem and told me to replace the whole motor and track system. I called several companies (based on the internet reviews) for price quotation. I picked this garage door repair company for its fair price, as well as, the close proximity to my house.
