What s not to love? I called this garage door repair company yesterday at 1. Lucky for me, they were just finishing a job in our neighborhood. They stopped by about 20 minutes later, figured out what was wrong and got the door to shut securely for the night. They where back today with parts for the opener, finished the job by noon, and charged a really reasonable price. AND, they were very polite in not criticizing the DIY job my husband had done which caused most of the problem!

In one day they put in a new quiet belt drive Garage Door for me, when i really needed them to come through...they had been out to our house 2yrs ago to fix a something or other , but this time it was more of a bigger job.. they still didn t bat an eye, and said with a smile sure we can do that TODAY - Roy & his side kick - sorry i forgot his name did an outstanding job.. thanks guys we ll call on you if we ever need work done in the future. Also we ll give your name to our friends if they need your assistance.
I placed a call late one evening to this company seeking help and repair of my garage door which had failed to open. The owner, Roy, didn t hesitate to come out even though it was well past normal business hours. He thoroughly explained the problem and what it would take to complete the repair. He did exactly what he promised to do, for exactly what he said it would cost, and did it in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this company as an honest, reliable service provider.
As many of the other reviewers on internet, I picked this garage door repair company due to all the great reviews and they didn t disappoint. They showed up the same day, right on time and fixed the problem right away. They replaced the two cables and fixed one of the pulleys - which was causing the main issue. They then realigned the garage door on the tracks, and it is so incredibly smooth and quiet now. All for a very fair price. Any garage issues - you must use this guy, they the best.
I give this company and its owner, David, an A plus. Our garage door broke on a Sunday. I left him a voicemail and he called me back soon after. He arrived the next day at the scheduled time and charged what he said he would. He was courteous, a fast worker, and offered advice on how to keep our door in good shape. He also did extra things like staple gunned a loose hanging wire and showed concern about walking through our house with his shoes on.
