They are extremely professional and have excellent customer service skills. As a female, I am pretty cautious about which vendors I use. I tend to be a bit paranoid about being taken advantage of... but no worries with this garage door company... these guys are FABULOUS!
Add me to the growing list of satisfied clients. Same as others, called this garage door repair company up and we set a time for that day, like within a few hours. They arrived on time and after a half hour of service with a smile, my garage door was fixed. I required no new parts so my bill was under \$100. Pretty darn sweet!
My garage door opener stopped working Thu night. I called this garage door company Service Friday morning. They promptly sent someone to inspect it. Later in the day Eli replaced the opener for us. He was very good at his work, courteous and friendly. He did the entire job at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Eli again.

Roy the tech is a good guy, I highly recommend. I called him in the early morning on Sunday, he come to my house half hour after. He fixed my gate opener in about an hour at a very reasonable price. He explained everything to me, and showed me the entire safety feature, something I even did not know before. and even lubed my gate without any additional charge. If you are looking for someone to fix your gate, just give Roy a call, he is the best!
David is a stand up guy. I called him pretty late on a Saturday night and he return my emergency call within minutes. Both the springs on my garage had snapped and there was no way in or out of the garage and he quickly made time to visit us in his busy schedule to fix the door. Arts rate is definitely reasonable but the service was A+.
