I will not use this company again. They investigated a leaking toilet, seemed very confident that it was fixed and said it was under guarantee. I called back a week later to report that there was still a leak and indicated where I thought it was from. As it wasn't the original site of the leak I was told it would be a new job and incur new charges. As I had already paid £345 (£125 per hour plus parts on a Bank holiday - I was desperate at the time) I said I would find someone cheaper and went on My Builder and did that. The ... read more
Absolute life savers. Called them at 11pm and they were with us within 45 minutes. Stopped our flood and saved our flat in the process!
Absolutely shocking the man on the phone was shouting and being incredibly rude when we cancelled a callout shortly after placing it. £125 per half an hour awful. DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.
