Some relatives told us about the staff going the ”extra mile” for them and their families. One relative told us that the person being cared for had a learning disability. They said that the care workers had learnt some Makaton (a type of sign language) signs and modified their language so it was easier for the person to interact with carer. I found this very spectacular and amazed by the professionalism of the carer.

They made to go for an appointment in Maidenhead Town Hall, and when I went there, there was not any. I called them to ask what happened, and they not even answered the phone. Another girl told me her sister joined them, and they did not give her any job. Don't waste your time with them, it's the worst care agency, I have ever seen.
