We recently hired 22A to coincide with my 60th birthday, and are so glad we did. It was the perfect place for us to spend the weekend around my party in town. The house is spectacular - so smart and luxurious, and brilliantly thought-out, and yet still has a homely feel. Kurosh is the perfect host and, most important, very kind in all his dealings with me. Every guest loved it! Thank you.

Our stay at 22 Stoney Meadow was absolutely incredible and perfect, from start to finish! Firstly, Kurosh and team were incredibly kind and accommodating throughout - he couldn’t have been more helpful, super fast and responsive, going out of the way to provide a really friendly and luxury service, offering help whenever we needed. We loved our stay at this lovely, spacious guesthouse. The house was tastefully decorated, clean and had modern amenities. There was plenty of space for parking too. We would definitely go back.
We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Leicester! The house was clean, beautifully modern, and spacious - perfect for our group of seven. The hosts went above and beyond, making sure we had everything we needed—including a lovely welcome hamper and slippers which was a thoughtful touch.
