This place is absolutely horrible. Let me tell you why!! Well when you first move in everything thing is fine and dandy. But as time passes you start to notice how shitty the management is. The fix absolutely no problems. They just pretend they care but they don't. Plus don't believe any of your utilities are included!!!! It's a trap. Dear 22 Exchange, You REALLY need to reconfigure management, as it is extremely horrible. I am constantly told that I owe money for parking when it has been paid, in full, upon move in date. Like others say, management does not provide the same answer as the person varies. Additionally, the amount of ice in your parking lots is absolutely ridiculous. You know, if you want to call yourselves luxury you may want to consider keeping your residents happy. When their roommate threatens their food, and their safety but then puts on an innocent smile for the staff, doing nothing in unacceptable.
