This is my second year living in 22. You won't find a place cheaper that gives you perks like 22. I stay here for the price, individual leases, and convenience of being so close to campus. I renewed once again for next year "I don't know about you but I'm feeling 22"
This is a good place to live since it's still near campus but you also are downtown. it's a short walk to just about anything. it comes all furnished and everyone gets their own bathroom. the walls are thin and it is a college apartment so it might be loud at times, but anywhere you go would be too. Overall good place to live!
I think its a great way to transition for dorm rooms to apartments.
Overall management suck. Management and employees are rude. The internet barely works. You have ask multiple times to get things replaced. I would not recommend living here. They do not care about their residents.
I actually missed this place when I moved out my sophomore year. Rent is affordable, rooms are spacious, amenities are great and staff are awesome people. They are very convenient and help out, I haven't had any problems when I was a sophomore and I'm a senior now and I love being here again. If I could refer someone I would and tell more people about this place, everything is close by to grab a bite, walk to campus, and downtown is safe. I love being here again and I just renewed so if I were to recommend 22 I would.
