I've lived here for almost 2 years and have had issues ever since. Every month it is something different or a reoccurring issue from the previous issue. Majority of the residents are college students, and I was told they don't advertise to college students that it's a "privilege" to live there, but yet there is a banner on the side of the building reading "UA students welcome". The prices for rent are ridiculous, the prices that myself and 3 other roommates pay individually, combing out amounts we could have a decent house. ... read more
Super loud,people always causing trouble. My girlfriend hated it there. Management very unhelpful and rude. Place was always dirty. Don't recommend living here
