I have been at 22 Exchange for a couple of months! I love my time here! Perfectly located in downtown Akron! Just a short walk to campus! Parking is close and cheaper than most apartments! Rooms are big and super modern! Having your own bathroom here is amazing as well! I have already resigned my lease for another year! Management has been super helpful in assisting me in anything I need!
The apartment is wonderful at a great price, especially because its furnished. My experience with the staff in the office as well as maintenance has been phenomenal in about a year here. The only downside has been general boorish disregard for the cleanliness of common areas by rowdier elements of the likely college-aged tenants, however any messes I notice are cleaned rather promptly by the maintenance staff, who, once again, are phenomenal in taking care of things they can control.

5 stars You can’t beat the price of these apartments! My roommates and I have been so pleased with everything since moving in! Maintenance answers quickly, there are no loud noises, and all the employees are very friendly and helpful. I will be renewing my lease for next semester!
Everything’s cool mainly because o have 2 pittbulls and most apartments will not allow “such a vicious breed” so I thought that was pretty cool, but the internet that’s a whole other issue , literally down almost every other day, and from Time to time it does let me connect it’s absolutely horrible, please just fix the internet 😂
Worst living experience I have ever had. Management is awful and constantly changing. Rooms are disgusting, and walls are paper thin. The people that live there are trash and it always smells of weed. The office does nothing about noise complaints too. Save yourself the money and the headache and live anywhere but here.
the management team is awesome. never had an issue. its close to downtown. love living here
