This place is disgusting...I moved my daughter in at end of July and they tried to place her in a bed bug/flea infested apartment...I still have marks on my legs from the bites...ugh!! They finally realized that she was to be placed with 3 other girls that signed up to live together and that apartment wasn’t clean...WOW..how does this happen??? We waited 6 hours and I had to miss work the next day to move her in! Now they tow her car because...a change in parking passes since she moved in??? NO ONE TOLD US ABOUT THIS ON MOVE... read more

Enjoy the salt water pool as well as the very short walk to campus! The office staff are friendly and very helpful! There are always special events going on and overall a great community. 21 apartments is definitely the place to live!!

WARNING! - Would NOT recommend 21 Apts to anyone. Just received a collection notice from the final bill after my daughter moved out - a week after it cleared my bank!!!! The bill could NOT have been 30 days old. Whitney Stroud Guynes Anna Grace Guynes
I lived in 21 for 2 years. Move in day my carpet was dirty and it smelled like urine, the tub was not clean I had to call management to clean my room, so I couldn’t move my stuff in that day. I payed my bills on time with money to spare for the next few bills.They owe me hundreds of dollars right now but I just got a letter in the mail saying they will sue me if I don’t pay them. They’re also charging me $65 to paint a wall that wasn’t painted when I moved in. I never missed a payment but yet I owe them!!
Since I have been at 21 , I have seen a lot of improvement from Management and Staff. I have enjoyed my time living here and decided to renew ! 21 is within walking distance from campus and has a salt water pool. 21 has events now almost every week in the month for residents, such as Grocery Bingo, Crawfish Boil & Snowball Day, Movie Night, Wing Wednesday’s and more. They love to feed us residents! Maintenance is great and gets issues resolved within a timely manner. The staff and Management are nice and helpful in the case ... read more
