I've lived in 21 for 2 years and I just renewed for my 3rd year! This is a great place to live especially for the price and the convenience of it being so close to campus!

If there was a negative I would give it to them!!!!! My daughter doesn’t even live there anymore and it is still a nightmare! Fighting move out fees that were ridiculous! Had not even received an invoice and the bill was sent to collections. Now have a revised bill and just got the collection letter. Never the same management! Very disorganized!

These necessary cleaning charges ensure that the apartments are in the same condition after move out as when a resident first moved in. My daughter moved into her new apartment today, and one of your maintenance personnel (a painter) insisted on "helping" her move her belongings (after she told him she did not want any help). When she entered her room, she found him pulling out items of her clothing and commenting on how "sexy" they were. This person needs to be fired immediately. Facebook doesn't give an option for zero starred reviews of this place, but that's what it deserves.
To all that live at 21 and those thinking about leasing from 21, you may wonder what your mgt is doing at 11:00 pm on a Thursday night? At home tending to their small children... NO! Drinking in a bar, and throwing beer at ex employees of 21!! Hmmm perhaps that's why they no longer work there. I've been reading reviews on 21, and I gather the behavior of the manager and asst. manager are rubbing off on the property. It's all negative!
