The events at 21 Apts are GREAT!!! We had a catered Friendsgiving Dinner last night & the food was amazing!! The new staff plans fun monthly events for residents.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ !!!! Overall Experience: If there was an option to rate 21 Apartments with zero stars, I would! I have lived in 21 Apartments for 3 years with the same two roommates and we all have experienced horrible living conditions, rude and unprofessional maintenance, office staff and management! We have so many problems from every aspect on 21 is almost to the point that its sad! I will be breaking my review in multiple sections to explain why NO ONE SHOULD LIVE...Continue Reading

You just can't beat the distance to campus! They are pet friendly and even welcome pups with a treat in the office! 21 Apartments is an overall great place to live!

Living here definitely has its perks. It’s affordable and location is key in a college town and this place is walking distance to class.

Enjoyed our time here at 21 Apartments. The pool was big enough to be comfortable with multiple people. And the exercise room being available 24/7 made it easy for me to get in a work out anytime. The staff there were friendly and knowledgable. Always were accommodating when we had any questions or problems with our apartment. Would rent there again!
Nice and clean environment. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Really enjoy the resident events that they throw.
