DO NOT sign a least with these people. They are charging almost $200 electricity for a one bedroom apartment. They tell you to pay it and they will credit your account, but the credit never comes! What a rip off! :-(
Complex is a short walk from campus! The new office staff is making changes to improve the property and make the residents happy!!
I’ve lived here for over 3 years during my time as an MSU student. It’s a great place for anyone looking for affordability in close proximity to the campus.
Terrible terrible terrible..poor management, poor response to tenant needs, trying to rip me off for a $300 cleaning fee. Left place twice as clean as it was when we moved my daughter in.

What a great place to live in Starkville, Mississippi!! The 21 apartments greatest feature is locaiton, location, location!!! I love that they are right by the university and that students can walk to class and back home in no time!! Great atmosphere, and working staff is great!! Great place for students to live!
