RecommendedI've been living here for about two years and have enjoyed it. Sure it hasn't been the best living experience, but I don't expect any apartment complex to be perfect especially if you're used to living in a house. I never really had any problems other than when it came to my pet fee, but it was figured out. Maybe I'm just a passive person, but I sure do love that I can walk to campus and not have to pay for those over priced parking decals that do not guarantee you a spot.

The worst experience I've ever encountered in all of my 48 years. Today was move in day for my daughter, we were super excited until we entered the apartment. It was filthy, no one had cleaned the place in months. Their were bugs all over the apartment especially the refrigerator. i spoke to the Property Manager and she stated that it was not her responsibility to clean the apartment it was the person that lived there responsibility. Ms Melissa also stated that I could break my lease not get my money back. It was just awful.
This was move in day today. Not cleaned at all and the manager tried to say they don’t have to clean the living area when in fact you have to make sure everything is up to par before new tenants move in. My cousin was the person moving in but this is just absolutely ridiculous.
Love the upgrades. Seeing is believing. PTL the red couches are gone. The new couch was comfy. Amber is nice!! Enjoyed the mini tour. Love the freshness of the clubhouse and light colors make it feel homey. Nice meeting Nikki and Tiffany. From former resident , Emily. 2011-2012
Fantastic place to live. Some of my greatest memories were made here. Staff is kind and understanding. Fun times. One complaint--I moved out of 21 apartments 5 years ago, but I'm getting rent reminders for someone else who is currently living in the room I used to live in. I've unsubscribed and even emailed the staff with no success. I'm still getting his emails. This needs to be fixed.
