RecommendedBeautiful setting very populated and a variety of things to do !
I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with them since April 2022. Management runs from handling issues and replying back. They falsely charge students. Their apartments are nasty beyond belief. Parents, be warned... THIS IS NOT STUDENT LIVING!
0/10 I wouldn’t recommend a DOG to stay at 21. They make up fees and charges upon moving out, the bugs are HORRIBLE, and the floors are THIN, you will hear every move the upstairs apartment makes ! 0/10 0/10 0/10 DONT DO DO IT

Amenities are great. Unlike a few other places in Starkville the pool is never crowded! Nice pool with a beer pong table built in & lights that change colors at night in the pool. Rooms are spacious & apartment is located right across the street from campus. Maintenance is quick with any problems & staff is very nice! I will definitely be renewing for next year!
21 Apartments is a great place to live especially all of the great amenities they offer, it’s near by MSU campus, close by all of Starkville’s great restaurants. 21 Apt staff is nice and always available when I need them. They make living here feel like home.
21 Apartments is a decent place to live. I like the closeness to campus. The maintenance crew works hard to keep things working, and they aren't the "evil" maintenance people you normally hear about. The office staff stays fairly communicative which is nice to stay up to date on things. When I first started living here the prices were better than most other complexes, but now they have gone up. They also tend to claim "this is the lowest price" when signing a lease but then a few months later, rent can be significantly cheap... read more
