Love the location and the dog park is a definite plus for our son being that he is bringing his fur baby Baxter with him. The fact that they are pet friendly and just friendly in general makes this a place we genuinely look forward to having our son live at.
21 Apartments is the perfect choice if you don't want to live on campus. It's walking distance, and it's across the street from a gas station which is really convenient. Management is also very helpful, and they get back to you after leaving a voicemail fairly quickly.
I am so thankful and appreciative to Ms. Nikki Hardin at 21 Apartments. This will be my daughters first apartment and Ms. Hardin was very helpful with the application process. Every time I reached out to Ms Hardin with any questions by email or phone, she responded promptly. We choose this complex for our daughters because it was highly recommended. DRUGS, illegal roommates, smoking weed and cigarettes. Management DOES NOT CARE. As long as who ever is doing it pays the rent . they don’t care what hell the other roommates have to go through. I now understand why they leave half way through their lease. They say they are taking care of it but NO!!! It’s cheap for a reason. There’s a lot of ghosts rooms. That’s tenants who have left before lease is up. They legally can’t rent them out so they offer them to the other roommates. Yep they can bring in who ever or what ever th... read more
