Verified Renter I have lived here for about 4 months. I Wish the apartments were a little more soundproof. And would prefer key fobs over using phone for apartment access.

Verified Renter I have rented a couple of apartments in different cities and I had never changed it before I needed to move to another city. But here, I experienced the worst customer service. I have always money in my account, but I don’t know why the payment didn’t go through. I received an email and the way they wrote it seemed rude to me.
Verified Renter My experience living at 20 Midtown is enjoyable and pleasing. I’ve always lived in Houses with huge yards and bushes that I’d have to maintain constantly. Not to speak about the maintenance to keep a home up. 20 Midtown somewhat freed me of coming home from work to go to work. The neighbors and staff are cool and everything is conveniently placed.
