Verified Renter Everything is pretty nice and the latch access is nice to have....I wish it would work better all the time but I'm sure it's still learning my devices. 5th floor is definitely the nicest of all the floors

The apartments in a great location, great amenities and maintenance is good too. I also love that there’s parking decks, because parking downtown is very difficult

Verified Renter I have not been a resident for long at all - in fact, tomorrow will make 1 week! But so far I know (3) things: 1) this location is excellent. I'm walking distance from food, groceries, and nightlife. And so close to my job! 2) the property is well maintained. I have seen maintenance and cleaning crew 3 days this week. 3) I feel safe here. I think I will really enjoy living here.
