Verified Renter Between the team of Aretha, Joy and LaKeeva, I have nothing but good things to say about my experience as a 20Midtown newcomer. Even though Aretha has joined not too long ago, she has demonstrated such professionalism and overall comprehensive information from the leasing application to even moving-day rescue. I have asked at least 100 questions since my first meeting with this dream team and they have answered every single one without missing a beat. It has been a seamless process and overall such a delight.

Verified Renter I have lived here for many years. It unfortunately seems to be going a little in the wrong direction. Communication with staff/manager has become very difficult. The “secure” parking garage door has been broken and is up for anyone to go through at any time of day. Feel we should not be charged for the time it is not functional or secure.
Verified Renter Aretha was amazing! She was professional and informative. She took her time and provided a thorough tour of the property and amenities! The property is just what I was looking for. It really is “midtown”; centrally located amongst great food, hospitals, schools and entertainment! The property is beautiful, clean and quiet! Definitely worth the visit!

Verified Renter Its a nice apartment with great amenities. Responsive staff and repairmen when I needed it. Typical apartment life where there are some loud times, but quiet time is almost always well respected. Some issues with getting the carts available, but that's the tragedy of the commons. Liked it enough to re-sign my lease if that tells you anything. 10/10 being close to the Publix and near everything downtown.

Verified Renter A lot of things have declined since 2023. The apt management changed suddenly and acc. to reviews on google i assume its due to many complaints. The common areas have started to smell esp near the trash chutes . The neighbours above stomp and can hear the sounds repeatedly. The insulation is pretty bad. The apartment pricing for existing tenants is not reflective of the market . I guess only new tenants get specials and often existing ones are neglected.
