It is in a safe area and within walking distance to several downtown Birmingham attractions and amenities including the Rotary Trail, Railroad Park, diverse bars and restaurants, entertainment/music venues, and so much more. Verified Renter This place is so nice! It was very easy to move in, especially since they have the carts. I do wish they had a docking site so they all sat in one place. Otherwise, the pool, media rooms, and fitness rooms are very convenient.

Verified Renter Lived here roughly 15 months now. Living near Publix has been amazing. Have had limited issues with noise/neighbors. Love the location of downtown. Amenities are nice. Staff are always helpful and quick to respond. Had to use the emergency after hours maintenance crew before and had no issues. Common apartment living complaints, but would happen at any apartment. Chose to resign.
