I really wanted to like 20/20 eye care but my experience was awful. I waited over a half hour just to check in to my scheduled appointment because there was an issue with the customer in front of me... which is understandable but there was only one worker at the check in desk which caused further delays. They were not helpful with explaining my insurance benefits or my new prescription. When I went to the desk to ask questions about my insurance the desk worker was on his phone. The staff there are so friendly and helpful!!! Thir frames are so cute but its pricy!! Good i came on the right time where there is 50% sale... overall i’m satisfied with all the employee and the doctor
Everyone at the office was incredibly professional and helpful! I feel like I got great care and the doctor even went into a more detailed explanation of things we were discussing. I would recommend to anyone, and will be going back!
