WORST HOUSE CLEANING EVER!! Said it would be an extra $20 to make the beds! Left in less than an hour and there was stuff still all over the floors. Tried calling but they never answer the phone and when they call back they call you from an 800 or unknown number. Horrible way to run a business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
FIRST they showed up without a VACUUM (hence the name - 2 maids and a Vacuum !). They didn't sweep the entire living room. They charged me 35.00 for tax and service fees - for a total of $94.00 for a crappy quick sweeping, terrible mop job
Bought a good deal on living social ! Called these cleaners and they came out and cleaned my home before family came in from out of town. They were on time cleaned good. I will buy from living social again and will use them often. I don't agree with the comments below! There are cancellation policys and people have a right to work certain days lol. ALL the reviews are great I agree!
I had a living social voucher and like most people work during the weekday so would need them to come on a weekend. They told me that they no longer work weekends (whoever heard of that for a cleaning service) and I would have to have them come during weekday. I agree with previous review. I will make complaint to living social.
I also had a voucher and when I had to cancel at the last minute due to a family emergency, they told I couldn't re-schedule and had lost my voucher. I had tried to call but only ever got a message and was unable to leave a voicemail. They are total crooks.
Bought a voucher for cleaning services from these folks through LivingSocial and arranged a date and time with this company. They didn't show up
All I can say is Wow! I ordered their Ultimate cleaning to start with. Extremely thorough. Then I'm keeping my place clean with their Deluxe maintenance package. My place looks amazing. These guys were a little more expensive for the first time but their ongoing prices are actually cheaper than than other services I tried. Love that they send the same cleaners. Makes for consistent cleans and personal service. 5 stars service all the way!!!
I have this company come at least one a month to come clean my home since I am in school and always have a mess. There good.
Well I went to my neighbors house and noticed her house was really clean and smelled like fresh oranges I know weird but really good. So I asked her what kind of plug in she was using she said she had these new cleaners coming out to her home at least once a week and mentioned this cleaning service 2 maids and vacuum she said they would give me a great deal and if I mentioned her name I could recieve a discount.
