I bought a living social clean and they were excellent ! I read a lot of reviews and they were nothing like that . I think that they bit off more than they can chew . Cause the staff I had talked to told me about how many clean they had that day and it was just to many I thought .but then again I'm not a maid. . They were just normally people trying to make a buck.
I just had them clean my home from a living social coupon and they were great ! I mean great they had three lady's here . I'm glad that they came . I've used other companys with coupon and they were terrible . Will use them again. Also beware of the homework crew that was the last maid service I had ugh !!!!
They were ok at the clean . The only thing I didn't like was that first they take awhile to book you then they have a window to come to your home . Again the clean was ok but not worth waiting 3weeks .
I bought the groupon voucher for this cleaning service. First of all if you call them you can't ever reach them because you have to do all the schedualing over the email. So I emailed them and they said they don't do service over the weekend. Then when I schedule they gave me the big window frame of 8-2. It means my whole day get wasted just for waiting for them. I purchased 2 groupon for six 2 hour cleanings on August 9 and scheduled my first appointment for September 21, 2012. On September 16 I sent them an e-mail to confirm the time since they had failed to show up for a September 15 appointment for my daughter. I never got a confirmation but I had read somewhere that they usually tell you that they will come between 8 and 11 so I was ready and waiting before 8 am. I bought a deal through living social and contacted them to schedule cleaning. I was told the date for next available weekend to clean was in August - I purchased the voucher on June 2. I checked my schedule and replied back to them to have them schedule me for their next available weekend and received a reply (several days later) that they do not clean on weekends? I too bought a coupon from them they did good . The thing I liked most was the backpack vacuum . They looked like ghost busters lol....! Ive never seen one of them before.. I hear you on the bad deals out there miller . I to have feel victim from the no shows . They cleaned my baseboards which was cool ,but didn't change my sheets . They say they charge for that . They should change that policy . I like new sheets. Guess you can't get it all right.?
