Such a very bad customer service. Very bad admin and management. No respect for the customer at all. You have a time frame between 5 and 6:45 at 6pm if you are late not showing up you MUST call or let us known in any way. It’s disrespectful how you dealt with us. No responsibility. It’s a shame for your business Jill I really hope this can be solved asap. The other company came to seal 8am sharp and no job could be done due to your lack of great management. AVOID!!!
