Recommendedthe doctors are nice and helpful. they stated they'd send over an authorization request to insurance but 2 weeks later they still haven't .... so that kinda sucks. called multiple times with no luck.

RecommendedDoctor Fletcher and his team took care of me from first year of medical school till after I graduated and moved away. I would drive almost 2 hours from Queens to see Dr. Fletcher because I could not trust anyone else with my care. After moving out of state, I am still struggling to find another physician who I can trust with my care. His office became home away from home for me, him being a mentor and father figure for me. His secretary Nancy and his nurse Jackie Aviles were always there for me, going over and beyond to make... read more

Just how many patients do you think is acceptable to schedule for 9:00, only to have the doctor come strolling in at 9:45? Outrageous!

Rose Hand is one of the receptionist at the Monticello office, she always goes above and beyond to take care of my needs when I bring my children in for a doctors appointment!
