A few weeks ago I showed up for my appt in PortJervis @10:35. My appt was 11. There was nobody there. They lied about what happened and speaking to a supervisor only made me feel like it was my fault. The most incompetent office staff I’ve ever encountered. Now it gets even better. My friend has an appt in Middletown tomorrow. Got a recording to verify the appt....only it was for a different name....hipa violation right there. What a bunch of imbeciles!
Obnoxious and less than helpful administrative staff. I've used this practice for 35 years and it went down hill since being acquired by Middletown Medical.

their lab screwed up my blood work, I had to come back in and they made me wait over an hour to just get a blood draw after being promised that wasn't going to happen when we spoke on the phone. front desk person was rude.
Unqualified , unlicensed employees are running your lab tests!!!
