Worst place I have a dealt with wish I never was associated with them you make an appointment and then they cancel it the doctors only work a part-time weekends they don’t care about you it’s just a job supervisors call you back when they feel like it then make appointments for you and The Dr just canceled it again. Do yourself a favor and don’t even go there.
After 30 years no complaint. In contrast to corporate medicine it's a great choice.
I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Napchan and his staff. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful. I don’t have to wait long to get in and I always feel like my needs are met. Dr. Napchan is very thorough and knowledgeable.
This place is just god awful. I will never go back to this place. Please explain to me why it’s been 5 days since and X-ray was done and no one has bothered to call with any results. Then I was told the dr who ordered the X-ray hasn’t been in all week. So there are no other Drs during the week to go over the results even though your establishment is open 24/7? Middletown Medical is the best medical facility! I moved away and can't find any place like it that offers all services in one place and that has a heart for all the patients!
There was an unbelievably long wait. I was in there for nearly 3 hours, even though there were only a few people there. They drew blood and the woman that did it was unqualified. She ended up poking me multiple times with the needle. Then she pushed the needle in and out of my vein and it was very painful. The only good part of all this is that the nurse practitioner seemed to care about treating me. Otherwise it was horrible and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
