RecommendedJust had my first appointment with Dr. Kaznatcheeva and she was great. Gave me a thorough exam and an honest assessment of my issue and treatment going forward. In all the years I have been dealing with this issue, she was the first to not promise me a miracle cure and I appreciate that. I understand that issues with the brain are very difficult.
They could start with contacting patients with timely test results (especially life threatening). They don’t have professional staff to submit insurance preauthorizations. They don’t give doctors messages and if you get called back it’s days later...and it’s not the doctor.

RecommendedI have been seeing Dr.Palmer for many years. he is a very good GYN great listener and very, very caring. Truley concerned about me in a very pure way. He even called me to see how I was feeling. Never have a long wait. His nurse is very sweet and kind. Dr. Palmer makes me feel very comfortable.

Recommendedi like the doctors Martini and Mantica overall, but this patient portal is not very helpful. No diagnosis or treatment recommendation for what I saw the doctor. The medical records are not dated, its very sketchy as to what is reported. Plus what does Diet KB mean? Depending on technology is not good.
