was told I would receive a call the evening before my procedure, which had had a prep sonogram 2 days prior. call to say no one called me with a time. No one could help me when I called. call center just kept repeating "there is nothing on your records"...NOT PATIENT CENTERED!

RecommendedNancy!!! Nancy!!! Nancy Rocchio, the best and brightest, running Dr. Douglas Fletcher's central office station. Because have two insurance companies. She always has a flower in her hair. Nancy is Dr Fletcher's right hand person for keeping his schedule straight in a very busy practice. I am grateful to Nancy for her cheerful kindnes!
