I have gotten excellent care and information here, Dr Napchan and Brandi Aquino are very thorough.
As usual this place is a complete rip off!! I get bill in mail, months later mind you and they charged me "services after hours -10pm" what is the point of having a urgent care open until midnight if its services are considered after hours?! They are all money hungry!! DO NOT GO HERE!
As A patient myself I received nothing but the best service and compassionate from Doctors as well as the staff and that includes Mammogram Dept / Ultrasound Dept and Billing dept as they truly really care about patients
must tried to make an appointment for my son and I was greeted on the phone by a very rude lady by the name of chastity. she first off insulted me in a tone not customer service on why I couldn't remember the name of my child's doctor. well maybe because we switched clinics and my husband was present at the time of establishing an appointment here and I was not. and then I asked if the doctor was available today, and I rudely get back no not til thursday. Lots of women work here and it reflects in the professionalism, wait time and amount of annoying giggling outside the room. I'll be nice and leave it at that.
