I called to make an appointment and a man with an indian accent answered the phone and asked me a bunch of questions and then asked me if I had whats app. I am nervous that I just gave my information to someone who isn't an actual middletown medical employee. The way he was speaking to me did not seem normal. I called 8453424774. It says on my phone that that number is a scam caller but when I call it says its middletown medical. He said someone would call me back at 415pm today and no one has called. What is going on?
Made an appointment in your Middletown location today. My daughter has potential COVID and I wanted her tested ASAP. Drove all the way there from New Windsor to be told that they wanted us to to a tele appointment and she could not be tested today. Please train the employees taking the appointments to ensure they do not waste time and take sick patients out for no reason. Thank you.
