I don't understand why Dr. Sales would delay palliative care to a 92 year old patient. The family is at wits-end trying to get this woman to order hospice care. It's been almost a week and this friggin doctor won't return phone calls.
No way would I ever go back. The staff do not know how to keep their mouths shut!!!! " S" told someone outside of the office about a medical condition one if the clients have. Unprofessional!!
Had a most amazing experience today. Had a test for 9:30 and another for 2:30, and in between needed an xray. My 9:30 was completed by 10, went to up to Urgent Care and the xray was completed by 10:15. The young lady technician asked me what I had to do next. When I told her to checked to see if I could be taken earlier. I was. I was out of the office by 10:47 AM. All done. Everyone was hospitable and helpful. It was a good day.
PC Samantha was awesome. So was the burst that assisted. I am a person that does not like going to the doctor out of fear. They understood my uneasiness and worked with me to make me feel better. Thank you for a positive experience. Please let "Sam" know that I appreciate her caring and help.
As a new patient I would like to express how completely unsatisfied I was with this place. I made my appointment a week ago for 9:15 am today. I got in at 9 expecting to have to fill out new patient paperwork. Around 9:38, I went to the desk to ask how long the wait was approximately going to be. She proceeds to count the number of people ahead of me that were scheduled from 9am to 9:15. 5 people.... seriously how do you expect to see that many people in such a short period of time. I've been a patient of Mdtn Medical since the age of 5. I wouldn't go anywhere else or trust another set of people with my kids. I'm 34 almost 35. I think that speaks for it's self.
Every staff member was pleasant and helpful and truly care about their patients, amazing people
