James was really helpful, responsive and flexible. He booked the check in inventory and completed it quickly, even called us to go through a few unexpected bits. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again.
Hesitated a little before booking James because of some reviews but he was helpful, professional and reassuring on the phone. Did exactly what was agreed, booked the appointment, inventory done and paid the invoice afterwards. No problems at all.
FRAUD COMPANY! We provided transcription services to 1st Choice Inventories for 4 months last year. Our partnership with James started well with timely report deliveries. However, they delayed our payments for a long time and 3 months bill amount still remains unpaid. Despite repeated attempts to contact them via email, we didn't receive any responses or payments. This led to significant issues for our business.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM! I ordered (and paid £120 up front) for an inventory, they never showed up and did not return my money. It resulted in my new tenants being in my house with no inventory. I have now had to report this company to the police who have taken the case over for me. DO NOT BE THE NEXT VICTIM!
