I only gave a 9 because of the manufacturers fault on one of the windows. This is being replaced soon so everything will be perfect. We love the doors, they have changed both the exterior and interior of the house and have added extra security and convenience. The sales staff were very helpful, polite and punctual. The door fitters were again punctual, very pleasant and knew their business. They completed the work in half a day and left our premises in a very tidy condition. Excellent service - product was explained well and fitted on time with minimum fuss. We are pleased with the product which functions well so far.
I recently had a new up and over garage door installed. From start to finish I was impressed by how polite and professional the staff were, from the measuring of the door to the speedy quote and communication of timings from the office staff to finally, the installation. The site was left clean and tidy and I'm very pleased with the result. I certainly recommend this company.
