Ordered a part and paid same day. Heard nothing 5 days later. Called and told they will check where the part is and get back to me in 10 minutes. Heard nothing so called again. Told the part is not in a condition to send out. Waiting on a refund. Shambles!
Sold my car for scrap. They offered me a better price and paid on the spot
ORDER NEVER DISPATCHED Ordered part, part was never dispatched, they contacted me asking whether it was cast iron or aluminium, told them it was cast iron, they requested a photo and dispatched the item. So I thought, all they done was print the label and never dispatched it. Called to chase after 8 days said they would call me back. Waited another 24hrs called again and they said they never dispatched it. Complete waste of time, if you want the car fixed quickly seek alternative seller.
Was given a quote online for some wing mirrors. I called up to ask for photos (because reviews mention receiving broken products). I was told I would receive photos in a few hours. The next day I had still not received photos so called up at 9am, I was told I would receive them by lunchtime. I called back again at 3pm because I had still not received any photos and was told that they don’t actually have the product I was quoted for.
