My husband and I are moving to Lincolnshire and we wanted some reassurance regarding the condition of our drains in our new property. We booked a cctv drain survey with Dave. Unfortunately had drains backup and overflow into my workshop! 1st Alert attended site promptly and professionally. Using their cameras identified two blockages and swiftly dealt with the issue having me back up and running in no time. Thank you - Highly recommended.

First class service, Dave arrived within an hour and a half of my call and was extremely efficient. He cleared the drain in spite of having no manhole cover available to use. Although it was not a straightforward problem, he persisted and was not content until the drain was running completely freely. Impressive and very reasonably priced work!

They got here within 2 hours of contact, solved our problem with a camera survey within a couple of hours, stopped a major headache, and all for a very reasonable cost. Delighted with the response, the application and the suggested cure. All in all a good job all round.
