1909 Temecula is a tribute to the Machado building, the location where the restaurant and bar now lives. Well before the 1909 burger was created, this structure has been home to a trading post, livery, auto shop and most notably a bar. During the 70's, the Longbranch Saloon was known as the roughest place in town to get a drink. Locals often stop in and tell stories of brawls and shootings. Visited 1909 on Dec 28th had the best experience with service and most amazing wait staff our server Mike went beyond to make us feel welcome and warm while dining on patio. Mike made excellent suggestions on what to try and he was spot on � can’t wait to visit here again.
Went for the first time yesterday and Joselyn was our server. She was fantastic attentive. It was such a great ambience of the nightlife and the attraction that Old Town brings. The crab and shrimp empanadas was the highly recommended dish on the menu of appetizers. The smoked Vietnamese wings were the best I’ve ever had. The drinks are fantastic just all-around wonderful place to visit.
The food was fabulous and loved the bloody mary cart that came around to customize your own.
Nice people cute place everyone accommodating enough… My group of people liked their food but… I Ordered two entrées to share with a friend… Asked for eggs over medium, got over easy… Fries with sandwich were tough and not hot… Asked for extra greens got very minimal.
The food,and the service is always excellent.; along with the atmosphere is always a great place to enjoy brunch, lunch and dinner with friends.
