nested the paint up on my rim
There are much better options in town. This one left soap all over the car. I had to re-wash it (at a different car wash) to remove the soap. I’m not talking about a little soap either. My car had foam and suds from end to end. Even my 8yo said when the drier came on “they didn’t rinse it.”
Horrible customer service. The car wash did not clean my car. When asked they said I can pay more.
I wish I had read these reviews before I wasted my money. Don't come here to get your car washed. I just spent $20 for the "manager special" and I believe my 4 yo old grandson, Camo could have done a better job. All it is is a bunch of pretty lights and colored goo dripping all over your car leaving smears, runs, AND the dirt behind. I had the manager can look at my car and she said "No car wash will get all of the dirt off". No, they won't get all of it off but they normally get enough of it off to tell I've had a car wash.... read more
Not only was my back wiper busted off so was another cars. Seems like their machine was not calibrated correctly.
The guys at the car wash just rated me an "8" and thought that I couldn't hear them when they talked about how weird it was sleeping with a pregnant chick. Well, boys, I rate you both -8000. Pigs. Get some prefessional employees. Gross. never coming back here.
Car wash put chips in the paint of truck, didn't notice until we had left and went back an hour later. We filled out an incident report, manager was supposed to call next day, no call. We had to call, and then we're told there are "disclaimers" stating they aren't liable for cars older than 5 years AND if you leave the property. Joke. There were easily 10 paint chips on the truck which they can verify weren't there before by looking back at the cameras (which we also got to see). $10.00 does not even clean your car the bugs are still on The front the wheels are still filthy grease prints from mechanic still on car mirrors still full of bugs the worse car wash experience I've had in a long time I wil not waste my money again at this care wash
