Terrible price to pay for the works ($20) & leave with bug 🐛 inners still plastered on your windshield. The employees rather smoke at the dumpster area than properly prep the vehicle for purchased service(s). Sadly, this was their 2nd chance.
RecommendedFirst time through, the bug guts won the battle. The manager was on site working hard to clean up after people. Spoke to her and she made it right. Thank you very much.
We didn’t realize how close to closing we showed up. Shoutout to the guys working tonight at closing....they did an AMAZING job, and weren’t ticked off that we showed up practically at closing.
Just got back from a road trip and wash was very good - most of bugs gone car much cleaner. Only about a 2 minute wait and 4 guys working with the pre-wash routine. Much better than the one down the road!
workers just talking, not working.truck was still dirty after wash. Vacuums not working, whole truck was covered in soap. No one said to remove antenna, and the guy next to me said his was torn off last week. Luckily I had removed mine. Will never go back to this car wash. Needs some serious attention to detail!!
When I pulled into the car wash, I was given the normal hand signals & then my attention was pointed in the direction of the sign to put my car in neutral, keep my feet off the brake & wheel. When the wash engaged my truck, the truck began to slide sideways blocking the car wash entrance. Both attendants ran to the truck & wanted to know WHAT I HAD DONE!!! This was not my first car wash. Got the $20 special and car was still filthy after rubbing my thumb over it.
usually pretty good but today I was finishing up vacuuming my car and the lady working apparently decided it was time to leave. She said nothing. The vacuums were turned off. she left and I had nowhere to return towels and spray. It would have been a nice courtesy if she came over and said I'm leaving and shutting down the vacuum. Pretty horrible customer service.
Went there today 9/14/2018 got the $15.00 wash well it tore my cover off my antana my car is a 2015 Kia Optama its going to cost me $441.00 plus tax to have my car fixed most expenseive car wash I've ever had all they said was there is a sign out front so basely tuff Crap for me NEVER will go back there
