Apartment unit is well maintained asides anticipated minor damage such as wooded cabinet corner chipping or mild looseness of cabinet handle. Overall, impressed with the location. Verified Renter The apartment is good and relatively quiet area considering the urban environment. Though surrounded by constructions currently, I think it's great to have easy access to restaurants and even to other areas of the city.

The front office staff is kind and always willing to help. The maintenance crew are always quick and professional. There are also multiple community events through the year.
