Verified Renter Everything is perfect. The room view is breathtaking. Inside is new and clean. The building is very quiet at bed time. It’s pet friendly and my cat loves it from day 1.
Verified Renter Rooms and amenities are nice, elevators never work and sometimes you are stuck waiting for 5-6 minutes as they go up and down the building. Would moderately recommend.

Verified Renter Move in was great and easy! The staff is great and very helpful. Highly recommend this building. The elevators are broken but they are on top of fixing it right away.
Verified Renter Good lighting with lots of natural light. Friendly neighbors. However, there are plumbing and electrical issues. Power outages and a leaking faucet that is taking over a week to fix.
Verified Renter I enjoy living in 1405 Point, but I do feel that the rent is constantly increasing while the quality of the service provided to residents keeps decreasing. For the past year there have been many staff changes regarding management, the communication with residents has been poor, and problems with the elevator and hot water have gotten worse. I miss how this community used to be when I first moved in.
