Verified Renter Great time here. Really friendly staff and weekly events. Also really close to the water, food, and activities. Relocating for work, but sad to be leaving.
Verified Renter The apartment is good and relatively quiet area considering the urban environment. Though surrounded by constructions currently, I think it's great to have easy access to restaurants and even to other areas of the city.

The front office staff is kind and always willing to help. The maintenance crew are always quick and professional. There are also multiple community events through the year.

Verified Renter This apartment is managed very well in the sense that they are very timely in addressing any maintenance or service issues. I had an issue with my door lock a few weeks ago and someone was sent up to my apartment within the half hour. They are very efficient and I appreciate how accessible help is!
