Verified Renter I am so thankful to have found such a beautiful, welcoming and warm apartment in the heart of Baltimore. The staff are amazing and helpful and my neighbors are wonderful! Would recommend to everyone!
Verified Renter Overall things are well but a number of frustrating developments have occurred. An elevator has been out of order for 2 months, and there's no sign of soon repair nor any sign that staff are trying to expedite repairs. Also, cold water takes FOREVER to heat, which is awful as winter starts.
