Verified Renter Overall things are well but a number of frustrating developments have occurred. An elevator has been out of order for 2 months, and there's no sign of soon repair nor any sign that staff are trying to expedite repairs. Also, cold water takes FOREVER to heat, which is awful as winter starts.
