Storage was a great size, been using the 20ft for past several months and has been a life saver! Michael has been absolutely fantastic since the very get go, had issues with lock and key and he came up within 30 mins to help sort it out for me, another time I needed a second storage unit on very short notice and on that same day he had one sorted for me within an hour of calling for it.
