My mother was stuck in QEQM an extra day as they had no staff to attend to her. With 121 care my mothers weight dropped to 7 st and was under nourished as they could not provide time to do basic meals. Very poor service looking after my mother, carers turn up any time they like, despite a care package of times they were never on time. They leave her bungalow in mess, they do not provide service promised, despite numerous calls with Donna who never gets back to you.
