I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the 12 Townhouse Hotel. During my stay, I was charged an exorbitant fee of £50 for a single, dirty towel. This is an outrageous and completely unacceptable charge. I have stayed at countless hotels worldwide, and I have never encountered such a ludicrous and unjust practice. A great place to stay very cheap and close to town, feels like you are in your own house.
I always stay here whenever possible. It's clean and very comfortable
I arrived at the townhouse and felt like home. This is my third stay here. My room was lovely and clean, fresh clean bedding and towels. Room was an ideal temperature. Joan supplies dressing gown, fridge, hair dryer iron and ironing board. There is a fridge in the room along with a fan. I had an excellent night's sleep. Joan greeted me in the morning and meade me feel welcome as always. I will be going back again. They provide you with plenty of coffee/sugar and milk. A wonderful stay. Thank you Joan.
