I honestly this is possibly worst company ive had the displeasure of dealing with. Issue after issue when taking out the product last year. Complicated logins with unresponsive web page and god forbit even trying to speak to a human. Now we're moving home ive been trying to cancel for a week with zero luck. The website just gives a error message. Unfortunately i am just going to have to go down the route of cancelling my direct debit. Please please avoid these cowboys.
Sent me a welcome email with an Activate Login button which didn't work. Contacted them but haven't heard from them. Luckily I don't have any exit fees, so after only three days I'll be looking for a new supplier.
Absolute scam of a company! Do not waste your time. Terrible customer service, shady business practices and totally extortionate pricing.
I love 100green they pick the phone up really quickly are always very clear with any help you ask for and still let me submit a meter reading, awesome company.
