Avoid bringing car to these people. If your insurance company recommend abl ignore it a barge pole. Biggest bunch of cowboys. Don’t have the decency to pick up calls or keep you in the loop. The work isn’t up to scratch either
Rubbish firm - they don't keep to their advised dates. I had to use them for an insurance repair. I was told it would be ready by the 18th of April, which came and went, then I chased and was told it would be the 30th, which also came and went, then I got a text saying my vehicle would be delivered to me on 7th May - it wasn't. I rang two days later to find out what was going on, I was told it would be delivered that afternoon - again, it was not. So far, my experience with this company has been truly terrible. Emails sent to me have contained incorrect details and when I've phoned to resolve them have been on hold for over an hour each time. Their website is full of errors and spelling mistakes, I have no confidence at all in the organisation.
Did not pick up the car when scheduled or drop off the courtesy car. No communication from them about missing the collection date or rescheduling. I spent hours over 2 days trying to reach them but no answer. Emailed them and no response. Even the insurer could not resolve or contact them. Not sure if they have closed down but I cancelled with them and used my own repairer. I don’t recommend, they seem to be closed, in chaos or very unprofessional.
Zero stars! If your insurance company sends you here, reject as they are atrocious! My vehicle has been with them for a month now and they keep pushing back the repair date! There is no communication and when you do chase for an update they don't answer and you have to talk to head office and they try and get an update for you.
