I like 1800 plumber have used them for a good while now but the they I don't like is I call saturday and the they tell me they can't be out til monday afternoon between 3 and 5 and my ac is not working. They need to keep more parts on hand for air conditioning units. The first person I tolled to was not very friendly.
Ziatan Hadzisabic and Jacob Hendricks did a wonderful job for me. They did great work, were very nice and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. If there were 10 stars I'd give them that!
awesome company! they have awesome staff/group of people :-) and some of the nicest I have ever met - I have never had to personally use (more like not had a need/opportunity to use) the business but I know those that have and know they do an awesome job!

I love 1-800-Plumber. I've been using them for years and they are great! They have very caring workers. They've always made sure I understood what they were doing or going to do step by step. I've always been able to depend on them no matter the time of day or night or even emergencies on the weekends. Personally I recommend them to anyone and I do on a regular basis.
Thanks Z for getting our water main fixed it sucked being without water. Z was professional and he was there when he said he was going to.
